Contact Who should I contact? Director of Facilities is responsible for the maintenance and setup of the track. This includes everything from bleachers to coordinating with emergency services for the race. Director of Race monitors kart registration, technical inspections, variance forms, track workers, practice sessions and the main race. Director of Sales is in charge of ad sales, ticket sales, program sales, apparel, concessions, and local sponsors. Director of Business manages the budget for the year and coordinates all banquets related to the race. Director of Productions coordinates the development of the Grand Prix Souvenir Program, photographing all Grand Prix events and organizing a televised broadcast. Director of Scoring is in charge of AMB transponders, qualifications process, and lap times during race events. Director of Special Events supervises Grand Prix Day, the Grand Prix Parade, Community Day, and the car show. Director of Promotions is in charge of promoting Grand Prix through call-outs, sporting events, Grand Prix Day, and the radio. President is in charge of managing corporate sponsorships and the rest of the senior board.
